TERMS OF SERVICE

You may use Corenade only for lawful commercial purposes and in line with any plan limits agreed with us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for the activity of users on your account.

Account credentials must be kept secure. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

Early Access is provided at our discretion and may change as the platform develops.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, or use Corenade to store or transmit unlawful content.

Corenade retains all rights in the platform, its software and branding. You retain all rights in your own commercial data.

We work to keep Corenade highly available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during Early Access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, Corenade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the last updated date above will change accordingly.
